Background

In a continued effort to improve client service and strengthen Intake operations, a same-day service business process is being implemented. These changes make it essential to improve efficiency in delivering timely, high‑quality services to our clients.

A new topic titled Same-Day Service has been added to the Application Procedures chapter.
