Background

When a SAR 7 is processed via telephonic signature (TS) with a client, the completed SAR 7 must be imaged into CalSAWS. Failure to do so may lead to potential Quality Compliance citations or State/Federal findings. 

Changes

A clarification has been added to the Semi-Annual Report (SAR) Process topic in DEBS-BP Handbook Chapter 2 instructing staff to image the completed SAR 7 when the SAR 7 has been processed via TS. This topic was previously titled Periodic Report Process.
