Case Accuracy Review Monitoring Application (CARMA)
CARMA is a web-based application which records, monitors and tracks all reviews performed by Eligibility Work Supervisors (EWS) and Eligibility Examiners (EE). In the absence of the EWS the Work Out Of Classification (WOOC) performs the designated supervisor reviews.
